The Commonwealth of Sábasa is a one-party state located at the eastern coast of Tileria. Its ruling party, the Lapián ng Nagkakáisáng Bayan (Party/Association of a Unified Nation), describes itself as theocratic-corporatist-functionalist, which are represented by three arrows on its flag. At its helm is a triumvirate, comprising the Chief Architect, the Chief Engineer, and the Chief Jurist.
At the helm of the state are the Chief Architect (Punong Agbarog), Chief Engineer (Punong Agsikap), and Chief Jurist (Punong Pantás), who comprise the Commonwealth Board. Each of them represents and is in-charge of a specific ideological area and function. The Chief Architect represents and handles structural functionalism, the Chief Engineer represents and handles corporatism, and the Chief Jurist represents and handles theocracy. While they have particular areas or domains, they make decisions as a group and can only perform actions or do things as instructed, authorized, or otherwise outlined by themselves as a group.
The Chief Architect oversees the stability and equilibrium of the entire system, ensuring that the framework outlined by the party is observed from top to bottom. Plans and strategies come from his office as it is the one with the capacity to view and analyze all the data the state collects. Public order, security, population, and the like are within the scope of the Chief Architect.
